Established in 2007, Black Lyon Publishing, LLC is an independent publishing house operating in the beautiful state of Oregon. Our products are 100% American made. Our authors are located across the United States and Canada, and include Amazon #1 bestsellers.

Black Lyon is owned and operated by a former corporate marketing and business development executive with over 30 years of relevant national and international experience, including the publishing (book and newspaper) industry. Raised on a cattle ranch, she went on to live in both Europe and Asia before returning "home."

Black Lyon's production efforts typically include photography, illustration, layout, editing and proofreading, and PR/marketing. Our operations also include cover models, a skilled CPA and a high-profile attorney as needed. Operations reach far outside our home area, with sales from as far as Japan, the UK, India and Australia. Our backlist is kept perpetually active, so favorite titles are always available.

Finally, our company was formed with the realization that most major NYC editors have to be very specific when considering new manuscripts.
